This includes conducting preventive patrols, verifying compliance with internal safety policies, and preventing thefts and robberies. Additionally, the officer assists customers and helps maintain an organized sales environment. * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the store to identify potential risks and act preventively. * Verify compliance with company-established safety regulations, guiding employees and customers as needed. * Prevent thefts and robberies by monitoring the behavior of suspicious customers and acting with precision upon identifying any irregularities. * Assist customers by answering questions, directing them to desired departments, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Help organize the sales environment by maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangement of products on shelves and gondolas. * Safeguard company assets by preventing damage and losses, contributing to the preservation of both tangible and intangible assets. * Maintain constant communication with the store manager and other employees to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
