Assist in organizing the sales environment and safeguarding company assets The Store Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of customers, employees, and company assets. This includes conducting preventive patrols, verifying compliance with internal safety policies, and preventing thefts and robberies. Additionally, the officer assists customers and helps maintain an organized sales environment. * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the store to identify potential risks and act preventively. * Verify compliance with company-established safety regulations, guiding employees and customers as needed. * Prevent thefts and robberies by monitoring the behavior of suspicious customers and acting with precision upon identifying any irregularities. * Assist customers by answering questions, directing them to desired departments, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Help organize the sales environment by maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangement of products on shelves and gondolas. * Safeguard company assets by preventing damage and losses, contributing to the preservation of both tangible and intangible assets. * Maintain constant communication with the store manager and other employees to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
