




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider – PJ Key Responsibilities: Plan, structure, and manage the full lifecycle of educational projects (new courses, cohorts, mentorships, learning journeys, and launch campaigns), from briefing through final delivery, aligning directly with the CEO and departmental leaders. Develop detailed timelines (pre-launch, launch, post-launch, student follow-up), defining milestones, responsible parties, and deadlines, ensuring visibility across the entire team. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (marketing, paid traffic, design, content, student support, technology/Hotmart, audiovisual), ensuring integration and clear communication flow among all parties. Monitor key project metrics (enrollment rates, live class attendance, community engagement, NPS, module delivery, course completion rate, delinquency rate) and propose action plans for continuous improvement. Identify project risks and bottlenecks (class delays, platform issues, student communication problems, team overload) and implement preventive and corrective actions. Design and standardize Academy’s project management processes (timeline templates, launch checklists, follow-up routines, team alignment rituals). Actively participate in strategic planning for the annual calendar of courses, mentorships, events, and campaigns, ensuring alignment among team capacity, financial goals, and brand positioning. Support the mentor/CEO in organizing special events (in-person immersions, symposia, online weeks), managing logistics, deadlines, partner interfaces, and participant experience. Ensure that the Academy’s communication tone, value proposition, and purpose—Claudia Siqueira Academy—are consistently reflected in every project, strengthening the student community and impact in the integrative health market. Main Objectives: Effectively deliver critical metrics to the company, providing visibility into potential bottlenecks and what is proceeding correctly, enabling improved customer delivery. **Requirements:** Academic Background: * \*Preferred\*: Engineering degrees in general. * Completed undergraduate degree.
