Large-scale production management We are looking for an experienced **Industrial Kitchen Chef**, organized and with strong leadership skills, to join our team! Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and supervise large-scale meal preparation; * Manage kitchen staff (chefs, assistants, and helpers); * Control costs, inventory, and waste; * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Monitor receipt and quality of supplies. Requirements: * Proven experience in industrial kitchens (cafeterias, hospitals, schools, corporate catering, or similar); * Knowledge of good food handling practices (RDC/ANVISA); * Experience managing teams; * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and results-oriented mindset; * Flexible availability. Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in Gastronomy or related fields; * Experience in high-volume production; * Knowledge of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) control and procurement planning.
