




Hotel 10 Curitiba is seeking a dedicated, organized, and gastronomy-passionate Cook to prepare lunch and assist with breakfast. We are looking for someone who values quality, attention to detail, and teamwork, contributing to delivering an excellent experience to our guests. Responsibilities: * Prepare lunch (buffet); * Wash fruits, vegetables, and legumes according to food safety standards; * Sort and portion foods as per the daily plan; * Prepare portions for freezing, following technical specifications; * Collect dishes, clean utensils, countertops, and equipment; * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness at the end of the shift; * Monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions; * Place food and material purchase orders when necessary; * Supervise and ensure kitchen cleaning and proper equipment maintenance; * Be available for external training and occasional travel. Requirements: * Prior kitchen experience (hotels, restaurants, or similar); * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organized, responsible, and collaborative profile; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. Advantages: * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Gastronomy or food handling certification. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off – Morning shift with flexible hours to be agreed upon.
