




The **Quality Analyst** is the practical implementer of the Quality Management System in healthcare. They translate standards into practice, monitor outcomes, train teams, integrate departments, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. Their work not only strengthens patient safety and hospital efficiency but also contributes to institutional reputation and compliance with regulatory requirements. **Salary:** R$2\.630,00 **Work Schedule:** 220 hours (Monday–Friday) **Work Mode:** In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze clinical and administrative performance indicators by collecting, validating, and consolidating data in institutional systems, supporting decision-making and promoting continuous process improvement across IMED units; * Conduct internal audits and technical quality-monitoring visits using institutional protocols, checklists, and current regulations to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for improvement; * Prepare technical reports and action plans through critical analysis of non-conformities, indicators, and processes, aiming to strengthen the quality culture, implement effective corrective actions, and sustain best practices across healthcare units; * Support the implementation and maintenance of the hospital accreditation program (ONA), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and unit leadership to ensure adherence to requirements and service excellence; * Raise awareness and train unit teams on patient safety practices and quality management through training sessions, meetings, and educational activities, fostering institutional commitment and humanized care for users; * Monitor and update institutional regulatory documents by periodically reviewing SOPs, manuals, and policies to ensure process standardization and alignment with IMED guidelines and applicable legislation; * Support clinical and operational risk management by mapping critical processes, identifying failures, and managing adverse events, aiming to enhance patient safety, mitigate institutional risks, and strengthen clinical governance; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Quality Management, Hospital Administration, or related fields; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher; * SESC benefits; * Day Off.
