**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday shifts **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code The Pharmacist will be the official Technical Manager (TM) of the establishment before the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) and Health Surveillance, ensuring compliance with all health and pharmaceutical regulations. In addition to clinical and pharmaceutical care activities, the pharmacist will be the focal point for recording and verifying invoices (goods receipt) and maintaining accurate fiscal records required for controlled and special-regime products. Main Responsibilities and Duties Technical and Fiscal Responsibility; Assume Technical Manager (TM) responsibilities for the pharmacy before regulatory agencies (CRF, ANVISA, Health Surveillance); Ensure compliance with Good Pharmaceutical and Health Practices; Medication Fiscal Documentation Management; Perform invoice entry and verification upon receipt of goods (medications, cosmetics, and related products), ensuring correct tax classification and product compliance; Monitor and keep updated records of controlled medications (Ordinance 344/98\) and antimicrobials; Perform data entry and recordkeeping in the SNGPC (National Controlled Products Management System) and other required fiscal/regulatory systems, ensuring accurate and timely submissions; Actively participate in internal and external audits and inspections; Manage product inventory, including periodic stocktaking, expiration date checks, and storage condition verification.
