




Job Summary: The professional will manage administrative documents, request cards, control office supplies, ensure delivery of uniforms/PPEs, and assist in administrative procedures. Partnership with educational institutions **Main Responsibilities:** Send and receive document pouches containing administrative documents, sorting and registering all documents to be dispatched via pouch to HR and Head Office; Request cards (e.g., timekeeping, transportation vouchers, benefits, etc.) by completing forms and subsequently forwarding them to HR via pouch for required modifications, top-ups, and related actions; Control office supplies by assessing needs/shortages for each item, completing the appropriate form, and emailing it to the warehouse department; Ensure delivery and return of uniforms and PPEs, verifying requirements so that employees do not retain items outside company standards; Assist in monitoring administrative procedures, such as job position changes, probationary contracts, terminations, working hour adjustments, and others, ensuring all related services are delivered within stipulated deadlines and in compliance with current legislation and company guidelines. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Computer literacy, especially basic Excel skills; Relevant work experience.
