Recognition programs for tenure and promotion Prepare meat cuts and portioning, serve internal and external customers at the counter, maintain an organized and updated tray counter with various cuts and vacuum-packed meat, remove expired or near-expiry products and place them in the department's pre-established location, know and comply with hygiene and safety standards for proper product handling, maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of counters and the department, and ensure cutting tools are maintained in proper working condition.
