




**Main responsibilities:** Prepare cuts and portioning of meat pieces, provide counter service to internal and external customers, keep the tray counter organized and up to date with various cuts and vacuum-packed meats, removing expired or near-expiry products and taking them to the sector's designated location, know and follow hygiene and safety regulations related to proper product handling, maintain cleanliness, sanitization and organization of counters and the department, and ensure that cutting instruments are maintained in proper working condition. **Requirements:** Complete elementary education; Availability to work closing hours, from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM; Flexible availability and willingness to work a 6x1 schedule; Enjoy customer service.
