* Ensure product presentation and quality in the sales area. * Control inventory using the PEPS/FIFO method and manage daily production through Production Orders. * Calculate losses and manage product turnover, ensuring proper restocking on shelves. * Prepare work and leave schedules for the team. * Maintain constant oversight of operations, including queue flow, layout, cleanliness, and product presentation. * Supervise customer orders and plan with the production team to fulfill these requests. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and guide team training. * Conduct internal meetings for planning and communication. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Experience in management will be an advantage; * Availability for working hours and willingness to work a 6x1 shift schedule; * Experience in supermarkets will be an advantage.
