




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for cash operations, customer service, product organization, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly customer service and resolution of customer inquiries. 2. Guarantee of accuracy in recording sales and financial transactions. 3. Collaboration with the team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Receive customer payments in cash, credit/debit cards, Pix, and other payment methods as directed by the company. * Issue fiscal receipts and invoices for customers. * Ensure accuracy in recording sales and financial transactions. * Maintain adequate change in the cash register and request replenishment when necessary. * Provide courteous customer service, answering questions and resolving inquiries regarding products and services. * Assist in restocking and organizing products on shelves near the cash register. * Perform daily cash closing, ensuring all amounts are accurate. * Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security. * Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. * Report any discrepancies or issues related to the cash register to the manager or immediate supervisor.
