




Description: * Previous experience in the administrative area or in similar roles; * Knowledge of administrative routines, document organization, and public service; * Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), especially basic/intermediate Excel; * Familiarity with administrative systems or ERPs will be considered a plus; * Experience with basic financial controls and issuance/entry of documents; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks; * Proactivity, responsibility, and good interpersonal relationships. * Provide administrative support to company departments, ensuring organization and smooth execution of internal routines; * Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries, directing requests as needed; * Organize, file, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital documents; * Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative controls; * Assist in managing schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; * Support procurement processes, inventory control, and office supply requisitions; * Assist in basic financial processes, such as invoice entry, accounts payable and receivable tracking (where applicable); * Issue Invoices and Payment Slips for orders from the Branch’s Commercial Team; * Support HR activities, such as timekeeping, organizing employee documents, and assisting with onboarding; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and internal procedures. 2512220202491706257
