The **On-Site Success Analyst** will work directly at the client’s premises and serve as **Gedanken’s on-site representative**, acting as **SUPPORT** for the team in supplier management. They will be the primary bridge between Gedanken’s operations and the client’s reality, facilitating alignment, identifying opportunities, ensuring success, and optimizing certification and re-certification processes. **Responsibilities and duties** * Serve as the on-site focal point for the client’s Procurement and/or Supplier Registration teams, ensuring correct and strategic use of the Gedanken platform. * Map, document, and optimize on-site supplier management processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing real-time solutions. * Lead and monitor certification and re-certification workflows, working directly with the client to accelerate supplier adoption and engagement. * Coordinate action plans and communications to ensure achievement of critical goals and deadlines (e.g., Energy Auction schedules, strategic BIDs, etc.). * Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions for client teams and suppliers, ensuring adoption of best practices from the G.Certifica platform. * Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback (NPS), transforming client pain points into actionable insights for Gedanken’s internal Product and Process teams. **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Operations roles involving on-site or in-person work. * Strong influence and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive process change. * High autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to act as the “owner” of the solution within the client environment. * Analytical capability to translate operational observations and data into actionable plans. * Availability for on-site work at client locations (Rio de Janeiro and/or São Paulo). **Additional information** **Employment type:** **CLT –** Hybrid **Benefits:** **Meal & Food Allowance (Flexible)** **Partnership with Creditas** **Health and Dental Insurance** **TotalPass** **Birthday Day Off** **Profit Sharing (PLR)** per current policy **3-Year Passport:** A flight ticket anywhere in the world after three years with the company—a gift for those who build with us for the long term (current policy).
