




Job Summary: A Social Work professional to work with vulnerable youth, providing counseling, referrals, and conflict mediation, as well as coordinating with the socio-assistance network. Coordination with the socio-assistance network and councils Description: * Bachelor's degree in Social Work; * Valid registration card from the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS); * Experience providing services to youth and adult populations; * Valid National Driver's License (CNH), Category B, and personal vehicle. * Working with youth in situations of vulnerability and risk through individual and/or group counseling and follow-up for users and their families; * Providing guidance and referrals to the socio-assistance network; * Assisting in conflict mediation, strengthening the family's protective function, and promoting initiatives addressing cross-cutting themes related to interpersonal, affective, and sustainable relationships within the family and community; * Coordination and participation in meetings and activities with the socio-assistance network, Municipal Council for Social Assistance (CMAS), and Municipal Council for Children's and Adolescents' Rights (CMDCA). 251109020218793695
