Responsibilities: * Prepare resin according to instructions * Verify resin drying and curing according to specified time * Prepare material for meshing and/or resin application * Program the automatic resin mixer or perform manual mixing (weigh resin and hardener and prepare mixture for application) * Verify required amount of resin/hardener per work order * Verify appropriate type of resin/hardener indicated on work order * Spread resin evenly over material surface * Perform material touch-ups * Request supervisor to replenish supplies to avoid production stoppages * Complete sheet control forms for processed sheets * Optimize usage of supplies and tools * Suggest improvements to enhance the process * Maintain clean and organized workspace * Report any issues or irregularities in the resin application process Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Prior experience as a Resin Technician * Knowledge of resin application techniques
