Job Summary: Responsible for performing drilling, bonding, and finishing of countertops in accordance with production orders and production plans. Key Highlights: 1. Perform drilling, bonding, and finishing of countertops. 2. Operate industrial machinery for part finishing. 3. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace. Responsible for performing drilling, bonding, and finishing of countertops to be produced, in accordance with production orders, aiming to meet priorities and fulfill the production plans established by the Cutting and Finishing Supervisor. * Perform daily checklists, verifying machine conditions before starting the work shift, and promptly reporting maintenance needs to the supervisor. * Read and interpret cutting order instructions to ensure correct initial process marking. * Drill countertops using the drilling machine according to production order specifications. * Manually bond fillets and other components onto countertops using plastic filler. * Perform manual finishing on countertops using sanders and abrasive papers to achieve final finish quality. * Operate existing industrial machinery in production to perform part finishing. * Complete the daily production sheet, including slab numbers, cut dimensions, order numbers, and total square meterage, and submit it to the immediate supervisor for report updates. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, wearing uniforms and PPE, adhering to normative standards and workplace conduct as stipulated by company procedures, standards, and legal requirements. * Maintain a safe and orderly workplace by contributing to cleanliness, organization, and safety during task execution.
