Job Summary: The Collection Assistant will support the negotiation of customer debts, contributing to the reduction of the delinquency rate through in-person and telephone assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in negotiating customer debts 2. Handling collection-related calls 3. Preparation of monitoring reports The Collection Assistant will support the negotiation of debts from customers with active and blocked plans through in-person and telephone assistance, in accordance with internal guidelines, contributing to the reduction of customer delinquency rates. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support for collection customers (delinquency resolution); * Opening and analysis of discount requests; * Handling collection-related calls; * Monitoring pending items/protests in the system; * Assistance to collection offices; * Preparation of monitoring reports; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields Protheus system knowledge is desirable Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** At Unimed Sul Capixaba, we are more than a healthcare provider.
