Responsibilities: * Insert components into production lines; * Collect and supply raw materials for production processes; * Operate manufacturing machines according to production orders; * Handle raw materials correctly as required for each order; * Supply and replenish raw materials on production lines; * Use and handle specific tools—such as knives, knife holders, dies, and die holders—in accordance with operational procedures; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation; * Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of production equipment; * Carry out autonomous maintenance on machines and equipment, as instructed; * Collaborate across all stages of the production process, from start to finish; * Attend operational meetings with leadership and the team, contributing suggestions and improvements; * Comply with instructions and guidelines provided by area leadership.
