RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Directly engages with end consumers, representing the brand through presented solutions while exceeding qualitative and quantitative objectives. Approaches customers in a polite and courteous manner, prioritizing their well-being within the service environment. Interacts with customers to develop negotiation strategies, aiming to understand them and identify their needs. Strives to offer products and services aligned with each customer’s specific situation, providing comprehensive information to minimize discomfort related to the purchase. Utilizes digital platforms to retrieve the customer’s telephony history and accurately record information consistent with the agreed-upon request. Leads the negotiation closure, emphasizing what the consumer has acquired to fulfill their original intent. Follows up and supports the customer after the sale to foster loyalty. Fully participates in area-specific training programs to enhance knowledge and skills, delivering satisfactory performance outcomes.
