Job Summary: A professional responsible for billing, route planning, and operational integration, ensuring fiscal compliance and logistical optimization with attention to detail and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Route optimization and delivery tracking. 2. Fiscal management, invoice issuance, and tax application. 3. Operational integration across departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Billing: * Issue fiscal invoices (NF\-e), bank slips, and other fiscal documents. * Verify sales orders prior to billing (prices, taxes, commercial terms). * Ensure correct tax application in accordance with current legislation. * Perform cancellations, correction letters, and returns. * Monitor fiscal inconsistencies and propose solutions. * Support internal and external audits related to billing. * Route Planning: * Plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and meet deadlines. * Distribute loads according to vehicle capacity and delivery priorities. * Tracking system monitoring * Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery time, cost per route, performance). * Adjust routes based on unforeseen events (traffic, customer absence, etc.). * Support fleet and carrier management. Operational Integration:Tracking system: * Align information across departments (sales, inventory, finance, and logistics). * Ensure billed orders are correctly directed for delivery. * Track order and delivery status * Tracking system monitoring. * Monitoring of executed routes and trajectories. * Identification of route deviations. * Control of unscheduled stops. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience. Behavioral: * Organization and attention to detail; * Logical and analytical reasoning; * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure; * Sense of urgency. Technical Knowledge: Basic fiscal legislation (ICMS, ST, CFOP, etc.). Intermediate/advanced Excel. ERP systems and route planning tools.
