




Description: * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Sales Strategy, Business Strategy, Environmental Analysis, or related field; * 10 years of experience in sales involving environmental analytical testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position; * Knowledge of ALS’s business, processes, and testing services. * Leadership techniques and people management. * In-depth knowledge of CRM. * Up-to-date on best practices in sales. * Up-to-date on environmental legislation. * Negotiation techniques. * Public presentation techniques. * Strong writing skills. * Basic knowledge of labor laws and personnel administration. * Basic budgeting knowledge. * English proficiency desirable. Recruit, develop, and manage the team under your responsibility—selecting personnel, assigning tasks, training, monitoring performance, and fostering employee engagement and productivity to meet business demands; Oversee sales activities for the region under your responsibility, aligned with the established commercial strategy; Directly engage in sales to key accounts and lead strategic negotiations, guiding and actively participating in all stages of the sales process; Ensure effective prospecting, relationship management, and partnership strengthening with clients—including periodic visits, satisfaction monitoring, and intervention in critical situations; Train and develop the team in essential methodologies, techniques, messaging, and tools to maximize performance; Prepare pricing proposals for major contracts and tenders, ensuring expected results within your area; Identify opportunities for continuous growth and participate in feasibility analyses for new tests and expansion of the product portfolio; Build and expand networks targeting the intended audience, safeguarding and enhancing the company’s brand and market reputation; Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns directed at your target audience; Stay informed about competitors, market trends, political and economic changes, technological developments, and industry best practices that may impact the business; Keep Senior Management informed of departmental results, ensuring reliability and quality of reports, analyses, and forecasts within required deadlines; Advise on strategy definition and participate in decision-making, evaluating impacts with a forward-looking perspective and focus on business sustainability; Represent the company at trade fairs, events, forums, or similar occasions, disseminating relevant information and expanding market presence; Define, implement, and monitor procedures and metrics relevant to the area, aiming to optimize information flow and continuously improve processes; Plan and oversee the development and implementation of projects and tools within your area of responsibility; Manage and administer service provider contracts, monitoring performance and approving invoices; Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring execution within financial limits and participating in investment planning; Ensure correct use of available tools in accordance with company policies and procedures; Promote ALS values and ensure compliance with internal practices and policies within your area of responsibility. 2512210202551875996
