Conami is a company specialized in information technology solutions, offering software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the industrial maintenance team. Plan, organize, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Ensure machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Assign tasks, guide, and train team members. Monitor performance indicators and deadline adherence. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance. Prepare reports on completed services, failures, and corrective actions. Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. Collaborate with other departments to align operational priorities and requirements. Previous experience as Team Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Production Leader, or Shift Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
