KPI creation and monitoring The PCM Analyst is responsible for planning and controlling tasks and routines in the maintenance programming and control area. * Verification of maintenance demand and definition of priorities to be assigned to supervisors. * Review of activities to be assigned each morning to mechanical and electrical maintenance teams. * Monitoring of mechanical and electrical maintenance team activities to ensure proper completion of Work Orders (Daily Monitoring Spreadsheet). * Daily monitoring routine of services being performed on the shop floor. * Interviews with machine operators and team leaders to identify additional issues not detected by the mechanical and electrical maintenance team. * Daily monitoring and updating of Work Orders in the Sofman system. * Monitoring of equipment and parts under maintenance held by third parties (Equipment Dispatch Spreadsheet). * Monitoring of bridge checklists (Forms). * Creation of preventive maintenance scopes (Planned Activities). * Monitoring of preventive maintenance scope execution. * Pending Items Spreadsheet listing activities not completed within preventive maintenance scopes. * Monitoring and tracking of equipment and parts dispatched from machines to workshops for subsequent maintenance, whether performed by third parties or in-house (in the spreadsheet, items dispatched outside the company are highlighted in a different color). * KPI creation and monitoring. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Proficiency in statistical tools; * Experience in PCM field
