We value diversity and inclusion in our team! **Job Information** **Position:** BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICER **Work Location:** Cachoeiro de Itapemirim **Remuneration:** BRL 2,400 + 30% hazard pay **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday - Alternate Saturdays **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Benefits offered:** Meal Allowance: BRL 7.00 per day Food Allowance: BRL 1,100 monthly Transportation Allowance **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle measuring instruments (voltmeter, ammeter, megohmmeter), among others. * Ensure maintenance, organization, and preservation of equipment, tools, and workshop (5S). * Control maintenance tools and supplies; * Follow safety procedures and properly use PPE; * **Electrical** - Replace lamps, circuit breakers, replace/install outlets, run electrical wiring, clean electrical panels, retighten connections, operate power generators, measure electricity consumption, assist in layout adjustments, end-of-travel inspections, sensors, among others. * **Mechanical** preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of air conditioners, pumps, flow racks, motor lubrication, support in preventive and corrective maintenance of conveyors, levelers, dock door lubrication, and electrical generator refueling, among others. * Perform daily inspections following established routes; * **Civil** - General repairs and painting. * **Hydraulic** - Unclogging, faucet replacement, hydraulic repairs, float replacement, water consumption measurement. * **Metalworking / Welding** - Minor welding repairs (oxyacetylene, MIG, TIG, electrodes, among others) * Diagnose defects using electrical diagrams, drawings, catalogs, technical analysis and evaluation, as well as disassemble, repair, assemble, test, and replace components, ensuring care for equipment and panels under responsibility. * Monitor services performed by subcontracted companies (IN HAUS / Mercado Livre), providing necessary information and assistance for execution. * Perform general installations/maintenance within technical knowledge and compatible with job functions. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * First Aid, NR6, NR10, NR17, NR33, NR35 * Knowledge in automation * Welding knowledge * Knowledge in electrical controls * Completed Secondary Education Minimum Education: Extracurricular / Vocational Course * Transportation Allowance * Food Allowance * Meal Allowance
