If you enjoy overseeing processes from initiation to shipment, managing global operations, and contributing to efficient execution, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Plan, monitor, and ensure the flow of export processes; Coordinate international shipments and monitor logistics deadlines; Verify and organize export documentation; Maintain contact with international clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in export logistics; Experience in the marble and granite sector; Intermediate English proficiency; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** MBA or postgraduate degree in a related field; Intermediate Spanish proficiency. **Benefits:** Meals provided at the company; Discount club; Birthday gift + bonus; Attendance bonus (semiannually, subject to eligibility requirements); **Main Activities:** * Plan and monitor the entire export process flow, from order confirmation to cargo shipment. * Issue, verify, and organize export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, certificates, and other required documents). * Communicate with international clients, freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and customs brokers. * Schedule and monitor maritime shipments, ensuring compliance with logistics deadlines. * Request quotations and negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders and carriers, as required. * Track cargo status and keep internal departments updated on shipment progress. * Ensure processes comply with foreign trade regulations and requirements. * Monitor production timelines, loading schedules, and vessel deadlines. * Support resolution of logistics incidents and potential shipment delays. * Update and maintain internal systems and spreadsheets for export process control. * Collaborate with production, commercial, and finance departments to ensure efficient operational flow.
