Job Summary: Responsible for providing IT operational support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues, and maintaining the technological infrastructure. IT asset inventory management and infrastructure organization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for providing IT operational support to internal users, delivering on-site and remote assistance to resolve hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues. Performs installation, configuration, and updating of equipment, applications, and systems, prepares devices for new employees, and manages access rights, accounts, and permissions. Registers and tracks service tickets, ensuring initial diagnosis and adherence to response timeframes. Supports preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, basic network checks, backup routines, and technological infrastructure organization.
