**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Serve as the technical reference for the controller area, guiding, training, and supporting controller, management, and other department professionals, adhering to Divisional Policies, Corporate Areas, and CSC guidelines and concepts;
* Support business feasibility projects and studies—including mergers—by developing improvement plans and disseminating and aligning guidelines;
* Participate in and guide the preparation of individual BU budgets and forecasts, as well as consolidated unit budgets (Brazil and abroad);
* Manage financial performance indicators, developing improvement plans to ensure compliance with Accounting Guidance and other Corporate Policies and Procedures;
* Assess economic and financial risks by monitoring accounting processes and auditing accounting entries to mitigate or eliminate such risks;
* Audit contribution margin and business- and product-family-level result calculations;
* Manage Business Unit (BU) Performance Management processes (economic, financial, and budgetary aspects);
* Guide and support Capital Expenditure (Capex) control processes, aligning them with strategic and budgetary needs, as well as Divisional and Corporate Investment Policies;
* Map cost behavior and hourly rates per BU, segmented by department, comparing actual versus planned figures, and collaboratively suggesting or implementing corrective or contingency actions with other departments;
* Manage controller procedures and processes, proposing improvements to make them more agile, secure, and efficient;
* Interface with management and corporate forums, actively participating and representing the controller area;
* Apply the 5S methodology at your workstation, maintaining a clean, productive, and organized work environment to enhance efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Completed postgraduate degree in fields related to this role’s scope;
* Tax legislation;
* Accounting legislation and procedures;
* Pricing formation, cost management, margins, and economic-financial feasibility;
* Budgetary management;
* Solid experience in controller functions.
**Desirable:**
* Intermediate English and/or Spanish;
* Project modeling.
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:**
* Shift 1: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM.
