Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Consultant to work on natural, forestry, and environmental resources development projects. The selected professional will play a critical role in executing projects aligned with our company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities: * Perform office-based activities at our headquarters, with the possibility of participating in various projects. * Conduct field trips to collect technical data, documents, and other materials aligned with each project’s objectives. * Carry out market data surveys tailored to the specific objectives of each project. * Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) across different projects. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involved in various projects and/or studies. * Prepare technical reports for senior management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Agronomy, Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience. * Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment. * Full availability for travel and fieldwork, including in remote areas. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH), Category B. * GIS tools/software knowledge is desirable. **Work Location: Curitiba/PR (with availability for travel)** **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract; * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance and transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Life insurance; * Dynamic work environment offering learning and professional growth opportunities.
