E-commerce Internship (Customer Service)
We are a handmade brand specializing in newborn photography accessories. We serve photographers across Brazil with care, attention to detail, and close, human-centered customer service.
We are looking for a person to work in **customer service**, supporting our sales, order processing, and post-sales processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to messages on WhatsApp, social media, and email;
* Answer questions about products, delivery timelines, and other information;
* Monitor ongoing orders and carry out necessary follow-ups;
* Post-sales: track deliveries and assist customers with questions after receipt;
* Provide courteous, welcoming, and brand-aligned customer service;
* Record customer interactions and requests in spreadsheets or systems;
* Flag recurring compliments, complaints, or suggestions;
* Perform other routine e-commerce tasks.
**Requirements:**
* Clear and polite communication;
* Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Enjoyment of interacting with people;
* Interest in creative brands / photography / baby-related fields;
* Must be currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
Job Type: Internship
Contract Duration: 12 months
Compensation: R$1.000,00 – R$1.500,00 per month
