**Responsibilities and Duties**
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team
* Set individual and collective targets, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs)
* Develop and implement sales strategies to improve results
* Conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and evaluate team performance
* Monitor strategic negotiations and support deal closures
* Ensure compliance with processes, commercial policies, and service standards
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
* Prepare sales reports and present results to management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education (a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus)
Previous experience in sales and leadership of commercial teams
Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
Proficiency in performance indicators and goal management
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and decision-making capacity
**Additional Information**
