Execution of services and administrative processes Opportunity to work in the administrative/operational department of a service company specializing in real estate market regularization. * Fully on-site position at Alphaville Rio das Ostras; * Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Friday; * CLT employment contract remuneration: R$ 2.200,00 + VR Responsibilities: * Financial and administrative support; * Customer relationship management during service delivery; * Planning and execution of services within e-social and e-cac systems; * Administrative procedures conducted in person with the Municipal Prefecture and Notary Office; * Issuance of invoices (NF), issuance and submission of payment slips (guias), preparation of receipts; Requirements: * Driver's license category A or B; * Punctuality and strict adherence to scheduled working hours; * Proactivity, quick learning ability, and strong customer relationship skills; * Residence in Macaé or Rio das Ostras; Desirable knowledge or experience in civil construction, e-social and e-cac systems, processes related to the Municipal Department of Works (building permits and certificates of occupancy), and notary office procedures (registrations and annotations).
