**MAIN ACTIVITIES:** * Coordinate, guide and technically supervise field-graduated agents; * Consolidate territorial diagnoses and regional socioeconomic analyses; * Identify productive vocations, investment opportunities and structural challenges; * Produce technical and strategic reports at the regional level; * Engage in institutional coordination with governments, universities, companies and partner organizations; * Provide technical mentoring and methodological standardization for field activities. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed Master’s degree in fields such as Economics, Economic Development, Regional Planning, Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration or related areas; * Proven experience in territorial development projects, public policies, innovation or sustainability; * Technical leadership ability and capacity to guide teams; * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and systemic thinking; * Proficiency in territorial diagnosis methodologies and indicator analysis; * Good oral and written communication skills, with synthesis ability; * Proficiency in digital tools for management and data analysis; * Advanced English (an advantage); * In-depth knowledge of the economic and territorial dynamics of Pernambuco; * Personal laptop required; * Availability for in-person work in Recife. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:** * Stipend of R$5\.600,00 * Allowance of R$1\.600,00 * Business hours – Monday to Friday.
