




Job Summary: Responsible for researching, quoting, and managing suppliers and venues for events, building budgets and commercial scopes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in events and production 2. Professional development and career path **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Search for and obtain quotes from restaurants, event venues, banquet halls, and coworking spaces; * Research, evaluate, and quote multimedia equipment, staging, and decorative items for events; * Identify and recommend “off-the-beaten-path” venues and experiences aligned with current trends and client profiles; * Curate venues and suppliers with a focus on experience, feasibility, and budget; * Develop cost calculators for in-person, online, and immersive events; * Design and structure commercial event scopes, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and adherence to budget; * Maintain an updated, organized, and validated supplier database; * Support the commercial and events teams in developing competitive proposals; * Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success to ensure alignment among scope, costs, and execution. Requirements: * Prior experience in events, production, commercial roles, or related fields; * Experience conducting research, obtaining quotes, and negotiating with suppliers; * Ability to build cost calculators and commercial scopes; * Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets (Google Sheets / Excel); * Basic understanding of budgeting, costs, and financial feasibility of projects; * Experience managing and maintaining a supplier database; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with internal departments and suppliers; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Events, or related fields Benefits ️ Meal/Voucher allowance of R$29.38 per workday (R$646/month); Partnerships with USP, Unisul, FGV, and other educational institutions offering special conditions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA programs for employees.
