**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* Manage industrial construction projects, overseeing execution in accordance with schedules, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
* Coordinate electromechanical installation activities, ensuring compliance with designs, technical standards, and quality benchmarks.
* Supervise the installation, assembly, and testing of industrial piping systems, ensuring operational requirements are met.
* Monitor the assembly, installation, and maintenance of rotating and static equipment, guaranteeing proper system functionality.
* Plan, control, and monitor project progress, managing schedules, resources, costs, and performance indicators.
* Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities for industrial equipment and systems, ensuring operational delivery of the project.
* Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams, promoting achievement of productivity, quality, and safety targets.
* Monitor quality control processes, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance of executed services.
* Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, conducting inspections, providing guidance, and implementing preventive actions at work sites.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents to support activity execution and planning.
**For this position, we expect you to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering and/or Production Engineering and/or related fields.
* Experience supervising industrial construction projects, electromechanical installations, piping, rotating and static equipment, and structural steelwork.
* Experience inspecting greenfield and brownfield construction projects.
* Knowledge of schedule management, quality control, commissioning, and start-up.
* Familiarity with engineering design analysis, technical standards, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Experience coordinating teams and managing contracts.
* Desired: knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS)
