




Job Summary: This part-time administrative position involves in-person and telephone customer service, document registration and organization, and support for administrative processes. Administrative process support Requirements: Education \- Currently enrolled in or completed high school; Skills \- Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Good typing speed. Responsibilities: \- Provide in-person and telephone customer service; \- Record document inflow and outflow: sort, verify, distribute, and file documents; \- Digitize documents and forward them to the responsible departments; \- Monitor administrative processes; \- Verify and monitor deadlines for internal documents; \- Update records; \- Collect and deliver documents to external institutions; \- Draft documents; \- Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with this position.
