Send your resume to: **rh@centroeco.com.br or (51\) 98978\-0621** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Control documents such as procedures, work instructions, and forms, ensuring they remain updated per ISO 9001 requirements\. \- Plan and conduct internal audits, monitor external ISO 9001 audits, record nonconformities, and propose process improvements. \- Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators, suggesting corrective and/or preventive actions. \- Record internal nonconformities, investigate root causes, and jointly develop action plans with respective departments. \- Conduct employee training on quality topics to promote a quality culture. \- Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement projects, proposing process changes to enhance efficiency and quality. \- Monitor production processes and assess service conformity. \- Analyze customer complaints, propose solutions, and track implementation outcomes. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in administration or related field Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
