




Job Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for releasing parts/batches, performing visual and dimensional inspections of materials, completing records, and providing guidance on repairs. Guides operators on repairs to optimize the production process. **QUALITY INSPECTOR** **Job Description:** Release parts/batches for subsequent process stages and for shipment; Inspect dimensions and visually inspect materials or parts identified as awaiting incoming inspection; Complete and return product-related records, such as process records, product identification, incoming inspection records, and final inspection records; Notify the originating department of defective parts to verify whether other parts exhibit the same defect; Promptly guide operators on required repairs at their workstations to avoid moving defective parts to the scrap area; Perform dimensional control of parts by comparing them with customer drawings, technical specifications, or inspection plans. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Knowledge of mechanical drawing reading and interpretation. Knowledge of metrology. Experience measuring parts using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Residence in São Leopoldo and own transportation for commuting. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 3:39 PM to 12:03 AM, and Saturdays, from 12:50 PM to 6:50 PM; own transportation required due to shift timing. **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria.
