Maintain an organized work area and comply with safety regulations. **Description:** HYDRAULIC BALE PRESS OPERATOR Location: Farroupilha \- RS Sector: Waste Management and Treatment **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** We seek professionals with experience in hydraulic presses, who will be responsible for compacting CDR. Easy access to the Farroupilha \- RS region is required. An up-to-date NR\-12 training course is mandatory. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for operating the baling press, ensuring correct machine feeding, cycle volume control, and bale standardization. Perform strapping according to procedure, adjust operational parameters (bale length, final pressure, strapping sequence), and monitor integrity and quality of produced bales. Conduct routine visual inspections, identify mechanical or hydraulic anomalies, and immediately report them to leadership. Maintain an organized work area, comply with safety regulations (NR\-12\), and record daily production. Support basic preventive maintenance and strictly follow unit operational procedures.
