




Description: * Higher education completed in Administration, Logistics or related fields; * Desired specialization (Postgraduate or MBA) in the field of activity; * Experience in logistics processes involving storage, shipping and distribution of goods, budget management, projects, results and area performance indicators; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced level desirable; * Valid category B driver's license; * Negotiation skills and team leadership; * Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1 hour and 15 minute break. * Supervise the unit's logistics processes, monitoring distribution center and warehouse activities, including invoicing, receiving, storage and dispatch of products, ensuring deadlines are met and service quality maintained for internal departments and customers. * Monitor and control activities of service providers linked to the area, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and operational standards defined by the company. * Plan and supervise receiving, storage, loading and distribution routines, overseeing unloading, inspection, movement, shelf life control and product packaging operations to ensure stock integrity and availability. * Monitor exchange, return, damage and fiscal document issuance processes, managing the team through operational inspections, feedback, goal tracking, PDIs and results, aiming at employee development and succession planning. * Control area operational indicators and costs, ensuring correct execution of activities and proper expense allocation to corresponding cost centers. * Monitor and analyze stock losses, waste and discrepancies, working with warehouse and distribution teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. * Define and control product storage limits, applying the FIFO method and coordinating with Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure proper inventory turnover and prevent losses. * Support the sales process by proposing logistical alternatives that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Determine the number of trucks required to meet sales schedules, performing pre-routing together with the team leader, negotiating deliveries using third-party and owned fleet, so that deliveries are organized and executed efficiently the following day. * Plan, organize and present fleet sizing necessary to support sales scheduling, participating in pre-routing and organizing deliveries performed by owned fleet and outsourced carriers. * Mediate and resolve conflicts between departments, customers or transportation suppliers, using behavioral and communication skills to maintain positive relationships and operational efficiency. * Participate weekly meetings with the sales department, discussing opportunities, challenges, incidents and next week's planning, to fulfill scheduled deliveries as effectively as possible. * Monitor recruitment, selection and employee termination processes, evaluating performance, behavior and alignment with company guidelines, ensuring maintenance of service levels and organizational climate. * Select new employees by reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates to meet area needs and demands, and terminate employees by assessing individual performance, behavior and company guidelines, complying with company criteria and customer service standards. * Perform other logistics-related tasks, contributing to achieving departmental and Fruki Bebidas' goals and targets 251119020246586136
