We value innovation, ethics, and initiative, collectively building a long-term, positively impactful journey. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the entire order flow, from order entry through delivery (order cycle); * Proactively identify logistics process failures, delays, or deviations, seeking rapid and effective solutions; * Participate in initiatives to standardize and optimize processes, aiming to increase operational efficiency; * Handle service requests, supporting the commercial team on delay-related cases by triaging issues and assessing criticality to escalate to relevant support departments. Requirements:* Organization, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn; * Bachelor’s degree preferably completed in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel) and ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
