Job Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and optimizing logistics processes, leading the team and monitoring KPIs to correct deviations. Key Highlights: 1. Promote warehouse safety and 5S **Responsibilities you will take ownership of:** Your primary responsibility will be to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to optimizing logistics processes across distribution centers. * Receive shift handover, verify loading/receiving schedules, and organize cargo loading; * Conduct meetings with the operations team, attend daily warehouse and logistics meetings to discuss results, deviations, and corrective actions; * Monitor employee attendance, redistribute staff according to demand, and manage absenteeism and timekeeping records; * Track daily KPIs, identify deviations, and align strategies for correction; * Conduct warehouse rounds to inspect 5S, safety, and task execution, complete checklists, and raise service tickets as needed; * Plan transfers in coordination with the control tower and transportation teams; * Define and deliver training, participate in feedback sessions, and promote team development; * Ensure proper use of PPE by the team, investigate safety incidents, and implement corrective actions aligned with HR.
