Develop and monitor the goods distribution and receipt plan; generate picking tasks via WMS system; Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and operational time windows (lead time); Conduct productivity analyses and improvements to logistics flows; Monitor KPIs such as logistics OTIF and inventory accuracy; Build monitoring dashboards and propose action plans based on deviations; Present periodic reports and analyses; Control and negotiate freight rates with carriers; Ensure efficient route planning and cargo consolidation; Monitor deliveries, issue incident reports, and handle logistics deviation resolutions; Collaborate closely with the warehousing team (inventory, production) to prevent losses and stockouts; Be responsible for implementing and maintaining the established guidelines of the 5S Program, specifically regarding Organization and Cleanliness in the department and common areas. Proactively control equipment usage, wear, and maintenance in accordance with established standards and procedures—technical, safety, hygiene, health, quality, and/or environmental.
