Execute HR processes with focus on recruitment and selection, training and development, benefits, service administration (cafeteria and transportation), and labor relations, under the coordination and supervision of the Human Resources Coordination, People Management Management, and/or General Management, ensuring implementation of corporate policies, compliance with legislation, and fulfillment of organizational needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide support to leaders and managers in HR routines, advising on policies, procedures, and people management practices. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines by handling and monitoring internal requests. Promote and execute Training and Development initiatives, including logistics, organization, attendance list control, consulting firm contracting, and registration in the Microsiga system (tracking validity of mandatory trainings). Support the development and updating of materials, work instructions, and job descriptions. Review, allocate, and forward training-related invoices, as well as generate managerial reports for internal and external courses. Administer benefits according to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and current legislation (enrollments, cancellations, guidance, and documentation control). Organize and archive functional documents, control delivery of benefit cards and ID badges. Create, monitor, and present HR departmental indicators, proposing process improvements. Conduct initial stages of Recruitment and Selection (job posting, screening, interviews, alignment with managers, vacancy tracking, and talent pool updates). Support cafeteria management and relationship with third-party service providers. Schedule employee transportation and corporate travel between units. Receive and conduct onboarding for new employees. Support and conduct offboarding processes, including exit interviews and benefits guidance. Act as the company's representative in labor hearings when designated. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Basic Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or a Technology degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. * **Specific Knowledge:** Generalist HR routines: payroll department, onboarding, benefits, electronic timekeeping management, R\&S, T\&D; HR metrics; Labor and union relations; and employee support. * **Preferred Experience:** Prior experience in generalist HR, providing strategic business support, and supporting leadership development and monitoring. **Additional Information** #### **What We Offer** 1\.
