In 2025, Polofilms was acquired by Innova, a Brazilian company renowned for its strong DNA in reinvention and investment, petrochemicals, and plastic transformation. Polofilms’ plant became Innova’s Unit III, reinforcing the company’s strategic positioning with manufacturing facilities in northern and southern Brazil — Amazonas (Manaus) and Rio Grande do Sul (Triunfo and Montenegro) — always located close to its industrial customers and reaching global markets.
