**Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Operational Excellence Analyst I, you will be responsible for the following activities:**
* Plan and support operational excellence processes such as Lean and Six Sigma (training calendar, certification forums, indicator consolidation, program governance, mentoring, and other relevant actions);
* Develop training content and educational materials for operational excellence, aiming to enhance employee knowledge;
* Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects using traditional and agile project management methodologies, meeting applicable requirements;
* Assist in implementing Production Systems across industrial operations, seeking continuously more optimized, efficient, and competitive processes;
* Keep area-related documents up to date;
* Analyze continuous improvement activity indicators and monitor implementation and results evaluation;
Plan and lead projects within your scope of work using appropriate methodologies.

**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Project Management course.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* Lean tools;
* Basic English;
* Advanced Excel;
* Power BI;
* Daily Routine Management \- GRD;
* Six Sigma \- Green Belt or Black Belt;
* SAP knowledge;
* Experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence, and practical experience in production and administrative process activities.
**Additional Information** **Work Schedule:**
* Shift 4 \- Administrative: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:10 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:10 PM.
