Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, ensuring smooth production operations and carrying out adjustments during the assembly of large-scale machines and equipment. Use of manual, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools **MECHANICAL FITTER** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our team and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, ensuring optimal production performance. Carry out adjustment tasks during the assembly of large-scale machines and equipment, following work plans, sketches, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and using specialized tools and measurement and control instruments; Use manual, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic tools for assembly and disassembly of mechanical assemblies and/or sub-assemblies of general equipment; Assist and participate in other activities related to disassembly and assembly of rotating mechanical equipment (rolls, cylinders, various rotors); Participate in assembly and disassembly of equipment components through part replacement and operational testing; Occasionally perform adjustments, burr removal, marking, forming, drilling with handheld drills, and paint touch-ups to ensure parts are assembled as planned. Operate overhead cranes for moving and assembling parts. Real **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proven experience in fitting and maintenance of machines and equipment; Knowledge of reading technical drawings; Proficiency in using fitting tools and equipment; Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Availability to work on rotating shifts (optional, depending on the company). Proven experience as a welder (experience level to be defined). Knowledge of various welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Availability to work different shifts. Knowledge of occupational safety standards.
