Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance management, TPM implementation, and factory change management, leading teams to achieve strategic goals. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Maintenance Management in industrial environments 2. Leadership of maintenance teams to achieve targets 3. Focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Factory Change Management Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management roles within industrial settings, regardless of industry segment. Management of mechanical and electrical maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery. Execution plans for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Factory Change Management (e.g., layout modifications). Leading maintenance professionals to meet goals defined in the Strategic Plan, promoting team development. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering. Valid NR10 certification (safety in electrical installations and services). Residency in the Vale do Sinos region and/or Greater Porto Alegre. Salary negotiable + comprehensive benefits package.
