Position: **Warehouse Assistant**, to be based at our **Montenegro/RS unit.** **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in activities related to control, receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of parts and materials in the company's warehouse. * Assist in monitoring incoming and outgoing parts and materials, reconciling physical inventory with accounting records, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors. * Occasionally assist in supplying production lines by transporting raw materials and supplies using forklifts, carts, or manually, always following supervisor instructions. * Assist in organizing and storing materials and products within the warehouse premises, while ensuring proper preservation of stored items to prevent deterioration and loss. * Supply company machines according to the established schedule, receiving operators and their machines at designated locations, recording quantities on control forms, and updating inventory records accordingly. * Generate inventory reconciliation reports as directed by the Supervisor to support inventory control and item tracking. * Issue purchase orders for materials and supplies with low stock levels in the warehouse, ensuring continuous inventory availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Inventory and stock control experience; * Preferred: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Night shift, 8-hour workday, from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * On-site Cafeteria; * Meal Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Wellhub; * A Vittude. **A Sustainability Reference for 77 Years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company stands as a true example of commitment to sustainability.
