If this describes you—and if you share our passion for energy—we would be delighted to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be responsible for conducting equipment inspections during your shift to proactively identify potential failures or defects and ensure normal operating conditions. * Collaborate on the facility’s operational contingency plan by identifying, proposing, assisting in developing, and participating in simulated tests. * Be responsible for planning and executing activities during your shift to ensure service quality and operational safety. * Be responsible for developing real-time isolation maneuver programs for equipment and systems requested for urgent maintenance services, as well as executing scheduled maneuvers, complying with operational and safety standards and procedures. * Be responsible for analyzing Urgent and Emergency Intervention Requests received from the Maintenance Team, evaluating them and proposing any necessary adjustments. * Collaborate in collecting incident information, providing details, describing events, and preparing reports. * Be responsible for following the facility’s Operation Manuals/Instructions, adhering to instructions, studying, analyzing, identifying improvement opportunities, and submitting these to the Operations Leader. * Support the Operations Leader in critically analyzing equipment operating conditions, identifying failures, proposing improvements and new features. * Be responsible for reporting incidents occurring during your shift; in case of failures, immediately notify the Maintenance Supervisor or the on-call team, and communicate non-routine and high-relevance incidents and events to the Operations Leader. * Be responsible for preparing and submitting shift operation reports, recording events, entering equipment availability data, inspection records, and anomaly reports. * Collaborate on improving substation equipment signage by analyzing, critically reviewing, proposing improvements to the Operations Leader, and supporting implementation. * Cooperate with other company departments, sharing knowledge and experience to enrich discussions and projects. * Provide support and perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed and/or requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Electronics; * Experience in operating power transmission facilities; * Driver’s license Category B; * Experience operating substations. **Additional Information** * **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Dental plan; Education assistance; Discount partnerships (Ipog, Unisul, Clínica Buriti, FGV Executive Education, Estácio, CNA Languages, CESUSC, Funiber, Shalom Adonai); TotalPass; Onhappy; Maternity basket; Christmas bonus. * Work location: Triunfo/RS Petrochemical Complex. **We specialize in Operation & Maintenance of electrical assets for Generation and Transmission**, with expertise in live-line maintenance.
