Description: Required: * Completed or ongoing higher education (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Administration, etc.) * Technical knowledge of hospital maintenance. * Leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical thinking skills. * Knowledge of safety regulations, such as NR-10, NR-33, NR-35, and SEP. * Experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Coordinates the maintenance team, strategically assigning tasks, providing technical support, and ensuring all team members possess the necessary knowledge and comply with safety procedures. * Monitors team performance, oversees maintenance quality, and supervises the execution of improvement projects. * Manages material, financial, and human resources.
